Thank you for this great evaluation method. However, I'd like to challenge the formulation of the first question. Being 10x better is a too strong threshold. Was the solution of tesla 10x better than other car manufacturers? What about Instagram compared to Facebook , tiktok compared to Instagram or uber compared to a traditional taxi company? In terms of revenue, users or many other metrics these business ideas where not even close of a 10x factor.

HOW LIKELY rs IT THAT YOU CAN BUILD A PRODUCT THAT is 10 TIMES BETTER THAN THE EXISTING WAY OF DOING THINGS? it must be much much better at least 10 times otherwise user willn't switch to your product 2. CAN YOU FIND AND MARKET TO THE USERS OF THis PRODUCT? (best case is product is so good that it will spread by word of mouth) 3. is the market big or growing 4. WHEN THE PRODUCT GETS TRACTION WILL THE PRODUCT HAVE UNIQUE FEATURES THAT ARE HARD TO COPY? 5. CAN YOU GET THE TEAM, KNOWLEDGE AND CAPITAL TO BUILD THIS PRODUCT? ( thatswhy its good to start a business in ur industry only)
